Fried to golden perfection and finished with a bold sprinkle of Twang Chamoy Flavored Salt, these wings pack serious flavor with minimal effort.

Perfect for game day, gatherings, or whenever you’re craving a crispy, flavorful bite. Serve them up with your favorite dipping sauces and let the flavor fiesta begin! 🎉😋

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Wings: Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with a cooling rack and pat them dry. Then Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to ensure extra crispy skin. 
  2. Heat the Oil: In a large pot, heat 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). 
  3. Fry the Wings: Working in batches to avoid crowding the pot, fry the chicken wings for about 6-8 minutes, until they are deeply golden and cooked through. Remove the wings from the oil with a slotted spoon and let the excess oil drain on paper towels. 
  4. Season & Serve: While the wings are still hot, toss them in 1 tbsp Twang Chamoy Flavored Salt and coat evenly. Serve the wings warm with your favorite dipping sauces and sides.
