I forgot my password. What can I do?
If you've forgotten your password, just click on the link I forgot my password. We'll ask you your email address - make sure you type it exactly as when you created your account. We'll create a new password and e-mail it to you (but make sure you change it back to something you'll remember).

Do I need to register to purchase your products?
No, you don't need to. Your account will be created automatically at the end of the checking process. With your first purchase we will send you an email with your username and password for future shopping convenience. If you won't receive email with your account confirmation please contact us at info@twang.com.

How can I change my address or email?
You can change any information about you very easily by going to My Account (at the top of every page). From there you can edit your account information including your billing and shipping addresses, your e-mail address and password as well as telephone number and more...

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any items from an order up until some of the items enter the shipping process. Once you have placed your order you can cancel it if you contact us at info@twang.com
