How do I place an order?
We prefer you order online anytime at www.twang.com or if you feel more comfortable ordering by phone, we're at your service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Please call (800) 950-8095 so we can assist you.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 days of being received. Depending on your location, transit time is between 1-5 business days from the day the order is shipped. All orders are shipped using UPS.
***Saturday and Sundays are not considered shipping days. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.)
What if I want to return or exchange products?
Twang accepts approved returns on unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase date. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees and a 15% restocking fee for orders of $50.00 or more.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept money orders or cashiers checks, however please note that your order will not be shipped until payment is received.

After your order is shipped you will recieve a tracking number for your package.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped using UPS. As you go through the checkout feature, you will be offered a variety of shipping options via UPS.
My order has shipped but I still can't track it. How can I find out where it is?
If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please call our customer service department at 800.950.8095
How is sales tax determined?
All customers in Texas will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax on all orders. Taxes are applied to the total purchase price of the product and shipping and handling fees.

Do you ship to P.O. Box?
NO- All orders must be processed using a physical address to ensure delivery.
Do you offer shipping to APO/FPO Addresses?
Yes. We can ship items to an APO/FPO address. Items shipped to APO/FPO destinations will be delivered within 7-14 business days. Final delivery of those items will be subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services. Additional charges may apply.
How much does it cost to ship to Hawaii or Alaska ?
For Ground Shipping to AK & HI add an additional $5.00 to the Regular Ground shipping rate. Please see shipping chart above.
